Databases

1

BHSestimator® ships with a complete database of material and assemblies for electrical contractors. However, the database is customizable for any field of estimating.

2

The Material Database contains three cost and three labor columns. Material is indexed and can be searched and sorted by Part Number, Description Code, Phase of Construction, or UPC number.

3

The Material Database pricing can be updated from multiple sources (BHS, local supply houses and national pricing services).

4

The BHS Material Pricing Update is provided with your Annual Site Service Contract at no additional cost. The Material Pricing Update can also be purchased separately.

5

Database pricing, labor or phasing can also be updated “on the fly” from within an estimate.

6

Searching filters assist users in easily finding materials they need. Items not found within the database can be added easily.

7

Assemblies consist of groupings of materials and other assemblies. Assemblies can be nested within each other to aid the user in using smaller assemblies to build larger assemblies

8

Material and assemblies can be chained and presented in logical order during the estimating process.

9

Range Adjust feature allows you to make bulk changes to the database or to copy/move sections, adjust price or labor parameters, changing almost anything in the database.
